  4. Welcome to Vivid Interactive's BATTLE OF THE SUPERSTARS & EROTIC GAMES!.
  5. Please note the following instructions and guidelines for installing and
  6. using BATTLE OF THE SUPERSTARS & EROTIC GAMES!

  11. INSTALLATION
  12. ------------

  14. This program uses Apple's Quicktime for Windows to play back the movies you
  15. will see.
  16.  
  17. The installation procedure will copy Quicktime for Windows to your system
  18. (if Quicktime for Windows is not currently installed) but will not copy ANY
  19. additional files to your hard drive. Double click on the BATTLE OF THE SUPERSTARS
  20. icon to begin play. Allow 15-30 seconds for THE PROGRAM to load (this depends on
  21. the speed of your hardware). Once in THE PROGRAM, allow 2-7 seconds to respond to
  22. your selections. To exit the program at any time, press Alt-F4 or click on the EXIT
  23. or QUIT button, this should stop movie play and return you to Windows. You may access
  24. EROTIC GAMES from within the BATTLE OF THE SUPERSTARS program.

  27. System Requirements and Recommendations

  30.   IBM 80386 or compatible - 80486 will perform better

  32.   4mb of free RAM  - with 8 MB recommended

  34.   Double Speed CD-ROM Drive & Sound card (with Most Recent Drivers!)

  36.   Graphics Support for 256 colors (* 8-bit, 16-bit, or 24 bit)

  38.   Microsoft Windows 3.1 and above with Mouse

  41. If you have a screen saver active, disable it prior to starting the program.  
  42. If the screen saver becomes active during the program you may lose your
  43. cursor.
  44.  
  45. Some high resolution video cards may require "updated drivers" in order to
  46. work properly with QuickTime for Windows. If you experience problems when
  47. starting or running the Program, contact your Video Card manufacturer to inquire
  48. about updated software for their card.

  51. * Additional Color Comments:

  53. These programs run in 8 Bit, 16 bit, or 24 bit color. To play these programs in
  54. other than 256 colors (8 bit), simply select the proper driver to run in
  55. either 16 bit or 24 bit (Read your Video Card Manufacturers documentation for
  56. information regarding your current Video Card's color capabilities, you may
  57. require a new Video Card to run in higher color settings). Once you have selected
  58. your new driver, simply start the program as explained under INSTALLATION. You
  59. may receive a dialogue box warning you that "you may experience unexpected results
  60. when running in other than 16 or 256 colors (8 bit), simply click the YES button
  61. and continue program play.
